TRANSACTION PROCEDURES DIP AND PAY RUSSIA PORT
1. Buyer issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order along with the Company profile.
2. Title Holder verify Buyer Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order with Company Profile and issues Sales & Purchase Agreement signs, seals and sends it to the Buyer for Buyera s signature and seal (with amendments if any),
3. Buyer signs and returns Sales & Purchase Agreement to the Title Holder and Buyer visit the Title Holder office to finalize and seal the transaction. 4. The parties shall schedule a table talk meeting (TTM) at suppliera s/Title Holder administrative office in Russia with buyer for inspection of products and signing of the Hard copy Sales & Purchase Agreement after buyer has provided evidence of POF.
