We are engaged in manufacturing excellent quality Marine Dredging Hose in Kursk, Kursk, Russia. A float of the pipeline consists of foamed material and outer protective rubber-fabric cover. The outer protective rubber-fabric layer of the float prevents from mechanical damage and effects. The body of the pipeline is the one monolithic construction of foamed material and protective rubber-fabric cover. To avoid the destruction of the hose, the rubber-fabric cover of the float is firmly vulcanized to the body of the pipeline directly near the flanges thereby protecting the end portion of the float from external actions. On the surface of the pipeline the signal color band is applied. A frame structure has a fivefold margin of safety. It is made of cord fabrics and provides uniform distribution of internal stresses.
