Fresh wheat, season 2015, mainly soft red winter, from the producer in Rostov region:
- Class III / III+ (grade 3) according to Russian Standard GOST R52554-2006 with protein content 13,5...14,5 %;
- Class IV (grade 4) according to Russian Standard GOST R52554-2006 with protein content no less than 12,5%.
